Individual transformation
Individual transformation
A leader is the person who reveals the potential of a group and helps it reach a high and meaningful goal. The leader’s main “tool” is himself. Just as athletes train and artists practice, leaders also need a safe place to resource and hone their skills. In the Change and Leadership seminar participants develop three major abilities :
1.Systemic ability : expressing a vision in a complex and changing environment.
2.Relational competency : to co-create a path with the multiple perspectives of others while revealing their potential.
3.Presence : to be in the moment, sense and act in an instant.
“Change and Leadership” seminar
A change of context, a new job, ambitious collective goals, deep aspirations that call for our attention, feedback to be addressed ... when our habits prevent from dealing with a new situation now is the time for self-inquiry.
More often than not, changing something on the “outside” requires changing something on the “inside”.
Paradoxically, to transform yourself you also need first to make room for yourself and your own subjective reality as it is.
When the time is ripe, coaching helps you by starting where you are, reducing limiting factors, exploring underused resources, discovering new options to express your personal and creative potential.
To each his path
Reaching high goals in a new organizational setting, developing one’s assertiveness, developing your emotional intelligence, improving relationships, or exploring what truly matters...there are as many coaching goals as there are individuals.
The aim is never to mold people to a particular ideal of a manager, but to allow them to discover what they truly want and to start to walk on the transformation path.

Training in emotional intelligence
The importance of emotional intelligence is now well established. Yet, it has rarely been a priority in European business schools.
Our programs are aimed at developing the connection to self, listening skills, authentic expression, respectful and creative relationships. Distinguishing facts from judgment, naming emotions, recognizing the needs of oneself and of others, are some of the fundamental steps to access superior relational ability. They form the base to give helpful feedback, to take one’s place, to intervene in conflict and more broadly, to create work environments that are humane, cooperative and productive.
Circles of managerial development
In collaboration psycho sociologist Catherine Besse, we have created a space for leaders to work on their own questions and issues over time. In an environment that is both caring and exigent environment, managers from different companies meet every month for a year to develop their personal and managerial skills. They practice stepping back to look at their experience, practices and challenges, giving and receiving support, questioning their beliefs. They learn to broaden their range of possibilities while experimenting with new options both within the group and in their respective businesses.
